This is an exciting opportunity to become an Associate Director leading a strong Project Management team specialising in Arts & Culture, government and museums and institutions for a large, well established and successful UK consultancy based within their London office.

As Associate Director of Project Management, You will have experience of working on historical buildings, along with an understanding of the requirements of working on listed buildings, such as restorations, alterations and refurbishments. You as Associate Director will also bring solid experience of technical project delivery from client brief through to handover on London based projects as a given - but would like to rise above pure delivery to manage a project management team and to develop your business acumen and business development skills to help to expand and develop the cleints they have currently across the sector.

Associate Director/ Project Management Director : Experience and Knowledge

* Previous experience working within the Arts & Heritage Sector, museums and institutions sectors
* Have previously held a senior position within a Property Consultancy - ideally leading and having direct line management responsibility for several project managers
* A thorough understanding of the full project life cycle
* People management experience, particularly in the context of inspiring and managing a team delivering a project
