This is an opportunity for a day-to-day fit-out project manager and, if required, contract administrator, on commercial sector, including financial sector, projects, with a value typically in the £3 to £15 million range.
Our client will be looking for people with the ability and skills below:
• Professional qualification in a construction industry related discipline
• Experience of delivering commercial sector projects, ideally including financial sector projects, as the external project manager with a value of at least £5 million.
• Experience of administering building construction contracts
• An ‘up front’ style that reacts quickly and effectively to client requirements
• Self motivated
• Takes action and gets involved
• Very good communicator (verbal, written and listening)
• Good Client Facing Skills
