Group Managing Director
Co-Founder and owner of Amida – we are a completely self-funded and independently owned recruitment agency for the Construction, Engineering & Property sectors. Since 2009 I’ve helped grow the business year on year to become a global specialist recruitment agency for our sectors across our global territories.
Our business has been built upon expert knowledge, long standing relationships with both clients and candidates and our delivery focus – finding and matching great talent with brilliant jobs.
We endeavour to create a positive workplace that nurtures and develops Amida’s talent whilst ensuring our consultants are not doing recruitment by numbers, but think and act with business acumen, adding value to our customers. I’m proud that the Amida team genuinely understand their marketplace, are able to adapt with the constantly changing landscape and are super responsive in helping our clients and candidates achieve their goals.
My role in the business is focused on 3 areas:
- Continuing to develop a great culture and brilliant workplace for individuals employed by Amida to thrive both inside and outside of work.
- Leading the management and senior operational teams across all our businesses so we have a great structure and aligned focus across our business units.
- Continuing to work closely with our key clients to ensure we understand their goals and challenges and we are able to provide the right solutions.
